Senior Connections offers hot, nutritious meals Monday-Friday for people 60 or older. Meals are delivered to homebound individuals and are served at congregate sites in Douglas County. A $3.50 contribution is requested per meal but no one is denied because of inability to pay. Call 715-394-3611 or 800-870-2181. Next week’s menu includes:

Feb. 10: Beef pasta casserole, Caesar salad, corn, bread stick, lemon bar.

Feb. 11: Rosemary roast pork with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll, cinnamon applesauce.

Feb. 12: Beef tips in gravy, buttered egg noodles, carrot coins, wheat roll, orange.

Feb. 13: Tator Tot casserole, cauliflower, wheat bread, peaches.

Feb. 14: Quiche Lorraine, cheesy hash browns, broccoli, bran muffin, banana.
