Ashland: There will be the annual meeting of the CEP Board of Directors at 10:30 at CEP Office.

Superior: The Downtown Farmers Market runs 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot adjacent to World of Wheels Skate Center in the 1200 block of Banks Avenue.

Superior: A career workshop on teamwork and problem solving takes place at 1:30 p.m. at Superior Job Center, 1805 N. 14th St. The workshop is free, but participants must pre-register by contacting Nikki at (715) 718-4839 or ngonalakis @nwcep.org.

Duluth: Bring your antique or collectible item to the St. Louis County Heritage & Arts Center for a free appraisal noon to 3 p.m. Dan Sershon of Northland Estate Services and Denny Mager of Northern Specialty, experts in antique appraisal, will be at your service in the rotunda. Arrive no later than 2:30 p.m. to register in person. Limit two items.

Superior: Hands-on help with a self-paced basic computer skills course is available from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Superior Job Center, 1805 N. 14th St.

Cable: Northwest Wisconsin Workforce Investment Board meets at 10 a.m. at the Lakewood's Resort.

Superior: Central High School class of 1957 holds a luncheon get-together at 11:45 a.m. at Fuller's Restaurant. All classmates, spouses and friends invited.

Superior: Clint Mattson, volunteer and oral history interviewer at the Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center, facilitates a discussion with 94-year-old Edith Schultz at 6:30 p.m. at the Bong Center. Schultz talks about growing up in Poland and how World War II affected her life. Refreshments provided.
