Apter joins airport authority in Duluth
The Duluth Airport Authority welcomes Pascha Apter as the newest member to the board of directors.
Mayor Emily Larson appointed to fill a vacant position, with her term expiring July 1, 2020.
Pascha Apter is co-owner and CEO of Giant Voices Inc., a marketing enterprise consisting of Giant Voices and Giant Academy. Pascha is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications. She lives in Duluth with her family and also serves on board of directors for Marshall School.
Duluth Airport Authority board of directors also includes President Ken Butler, Vice President Anna Tanski, Secretary Craig Fellman, Patrick Mullen, Richard Stewart, Ph.D., and Todd Fedora.
