Steve and Heike McDonald spent last Sunday preparing for ​the seventh annual Christkindlmarkt, which will take place at the corner of Hammond Avenue and Broadway Street​.​ ​Visitors can enjoy a festive atmosphere with bonfire, cookies, vendors and a visit from Santa.​ Christkindlemarkt runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and​ Dec. 10 and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
